When will I receive my photos?
Sneak peeks arrive within 72 hours. Your full gallery will be delivered within 1–2 weeks, depending on your session.
What happens if it rains?
Key West weather changes quickly, so I’ll keep an eye on the forecast. If conditions would negatively affect your photos or aren’t safe to shoot in, we’ll reschedule at no additional cost.
Can you help us choose a location?
Absolutely. I have location recommendations and I’m happy to help, but the final choice is always yours.
What is required to book?
A 30% non-refundable retainer reserves your date. The remaining balance is due the day of your session.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life gets busy. Reach out and I’ll do my best to work with you on a new date. Cancellations are not refunded and the 30% retainer remains non-refundable.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes! Dogs are family too.
How far do you travel?
I’m based in Key West and happily travel anywhere from Key West to Big Pine Key at no additional cost. For locations beyond Big Pine Key, reach out for custom travel pricing.
Can I print my photos?
Absolutely. Your gallery includes high-resolution digital images with personal printing rights, so you’re welcome to download, share and print your favorites.
Will I receive RAW or unedited images?
RAW and unedited files aren’t delivered. Editing is part of my creative process and the finished photographs are the completed Film By Farris work.
Will I receive black-and-white photos?
Your gallery may include a thoughtfully curated mix of color and black-and-white photographs based on what best fits each image.
